The project

Overview

Inaura Downtown is the first project of Inaura, Arada's fitness-led hospitality and branded-residences concept, unveiled in January 2026. The tower, designed by the Dutch architecture studio MVRDV, rises around 200 metres over 42 floors on a protected Burj Khalifa view corridor.

It combines a hotel on the lower floors with 114 branded residences, from one- to four-bedroom apartments to a three-storey sky penthouse and duplex sky villas. A signature orb houses a social and dining space with views of Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and The Dubai Mall.
