Arada is a UAE property developer founded in 2017 by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi and Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud. Its first project, Nasma Residences in Sharjah, launched the same year.
Its flagship development is Aljada, a mixed-use master community in Sharjah, and its communities also include Masaar, a forested gated community in Sharjah. In Dubai, its residences include W Residences at Dubai Harbour and Inaura in Downtown Dubai. Besides the UAE, Arada lists Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Australia and Syria among its markets.
Its current launches continue these communities, among them The Gate in Aljada and Lareen in Masaar 3.
