The project
Overview
Bayn is ORA Developers' master-planned coastal community in Ghantoot, on the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, launched in April 2025 and expanded in April 2026 to about 9.6 million square metres.
The low-density plan of townhouses and villas includes a marina, business park and sports club, with about 16,000 homes planned. The first phase sold out. Prices and handover timing are available from our consultants on request.
