ORA Developers was founded by Naguib Sawiris, who is its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The company develops residential and hospitality destinations in several countries — its website presents developments in the UAE, Pakistan, Cyprus and Grenada, and its Egyptian projects include ZED.
Its first UAE community is Bayn, a coastal master plan in Ghantoot between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, unveiled in April 2025 with a beachfront, marina and lagoons. The company later acquired additional land from Modon Holding to enlarge the master plan. Its current launches at Bayn include the community’s lagoon phases.
