Overview

Azizi Florence is Azizi Developments' first project in Sharjah, announced in September 2026: a large freehold master community planned with about 1,130 villas, more than 6,000 townhouses and around 3,500 apartments.

The plan centres on a 1.7-million-square-foot Central Park, with residential, retail, hospitality, education, leisure and wellness facilities. Six residential clusters are each planned with their own park, clubhouse, community centre and landscaped gardens.
