Azizi Developments is a Dubai developer founded in 2007 by Mirwais Azizi, who remains its chairman. It is part of the Azizi Group, whose origins date back to 1989.
Its flagship master community is Azizi Riviera in Meydan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City — some 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with around 16,000 residences, handed over in phases since 2022. The company is also master developer of Azizi Venice in Dubai South, and reports more than 45,000 homes delivered across its projects.
Its current launches include Azizi Jaddaf Beach Oasis in Al Jaddaf and Azizi Florence in Sharjah.
