The project
Overview
Sobha City is Sobha Realty's first large master-planned community in Abu Dhabi, launched in April 2026 on a 38-million-square-foot waterfront site in Al Bahiya, near Yas Island.
When complete it is planned to include about 4,000 apartments and 2,500 villas, from waterfront apartments to garden and estate villas, set among extensive green spaces. It is being developed in phases; the first phase, about a third of the homes, is scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2029.
