Its residential portfolio includes Al Sufouh, where it has delivered villas and a clubhouse, and Dubai Harbour Residences, its first residential project at Dubai Harbour, developed with H&H Development as development manager. Its current launches also include The Dubai Beach EDITION Residences at Dubai Harbour.
