Its first project, SAMANA Greens in Arjan, launched in September 2018; SAMANA Hills followed in March 2019 and was handed over in June 2022. Later projects include SAMANA Golf Avenue, SAMANA Park Views and SAMANA Barari Heights, and the company reports more than 50 launched projects (October 2026).
Its current launches include SAMANA South Haven on the Dubai Industrial City corridor and Samana Downtown One and Samana Portside in Downtown Jebel Ali.
