RAK Properties was established in 2005 under the vision of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi and is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. It develops communities, hospitality and leasing assets in Ras Al Khaimah and contributes to the emirate’s RAK Vision 2030.
Its destinations include Mina Al Arab, prepared for development in 2006, where the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa launched in 2022 and Anantara Mina Al Arab in 2023. Its more recent launches include Porto Playa, Cape Hayat and Quattro Del Mar.
Its current waterfront residences include Nura on Raha Island at Mina, Lunara on The Strand at Marjan Beach and the Beachfront Collection at Mina Al Arab.
