Pantheon Development is the real estate arm of Pantheon Group, a Dubai-headquartered group whose interests also include chemicals and capital markets. Its founder, Kalpesh Kinariwala, entered Dubai real estate in 2016.
Its first project, Pantheon Boulevard in Jumeirah Village Circle, was handed over in 2017, followed by the Pantheon Elysee series in the same community. More recently it has broken ground on VOXA, a mixed-use project in Jumeirah Village Triangle, and entered Ras Al Khaimah at RAK Central. Its current launches include Omya Residences at Wasl Gate.
