About Modon Properties

Modon is part of Modon Holding, an international holding company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). It creates destinations for living, leisure and business, including the communities on Hudayriyat Island.

Modon Properties was established in January 2018 as a master developer mandated by the Abu Dhabi government. In February 2024 it became part of Modon Holding, formed when Q Holding completed the acquisition of Modon Properties and the ADNEC Group.

From its Abu Dhabi base, Modon’s real estate portfolio extends across the wider Middle East, Europe and North Africa, and the group also develops hospitality projects. Its current residential launches include Hudayriyat Golf Estates, Wadeem Gardens and Bashayer Residences on Hudayriyat Island, and Tara Park on Al Reem Island.
