Majid Developments is a Dubai-based developer of mid-rise residential communities, with a presence in Afghanistan and Turkey. It entered the Dubai market in 2024 with Mayfair Gardens in Jumeirah Garden City, its first Dubai project.
It followed with Arlington Park in Dubai Land Residence Complex, where construction began in 2025. Its current launches include Arlington Park Phase 2 and Jura Terraces, both in Dubai Land Residence Complex.
