Ellington Properties is a design-led Dubai developer founded in 2014 by Robert D. Booth and Joseph Thomas, with Elie Naaman among its founding partners. It develops boutique residential communities in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
Its completed and ongoing projects include DT1 in Downtown Dubai, Belgravia Heights in Jumeirah Village Circle, Ellington House in Dubai Hills Estate, Ellington Beach House on Palm Jumeirah and Kensington Waters in Mohammed Bin Rashid City.
Its current launches include Eltiera Views on Jumeirah Islands, The Meriva Collection on Dubai Islands and Everly Place in Meydan Horizon.
