Durar Group is a UAE property developer registered in Dubai’s Business Bay, known for residences created with design partners. On Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah it develops, through its joint venture Durar OCTA with OCTA Properties, the Trio Isle towers, with interiors by the Italian fashion house Missoni.

Its current launches include Trios Isle B, one of the three Trio Isle towers on Al Marjan Island.
