Danube Properties is the real estate arm of Danube Group, the Dubai business group founded in 1993 by Rizwan Sajan. It entered property development in 2014 and builds residential projects in Dubai.

The company is known for its 1% payment plan, under which buyers pay a down payment and then 1% of the price each month during construction, with the balance due at handover. Its delivered projects include Glitz, Starz, Lawnz, Jewelz and Pearlz.

Its current launches include Greenz in Dubai International Academic City and Serenz in Jumeirah Village Circle.
