BT Holding is the Dubai company of Pakistan’s Bahria Town group, which has developed master-planned cities in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. It is led by Group CEO Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik.
In December 2024 it signed an agreement with Dubai South to develop a gated master community in Dubai South’s Golf District, near Al Maktoum International Airport, with villas, townhouses and apartments. The community, Waada, includes the Altura and Cascada neighbourhoods.
