The company began in Ras Al Khaimah, where most of its projects are, and entered Dubai in 2026 with Orvessa Residences by Michel Adam in Al Furjan. It has launched 13 projects, many in partnership with international hospitality brands such as Wyndham and Radisson.
Its current launches include Dolce Residences by Wyndham on Al Marjan Island and Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences in RAK Central, alongside Orvessa Residences in Dubai.
