Its first project, Starlight Park in Meydan — 172 apartments across four buildings — has been handed over, and it was followed by The Cube Residences and Gate Eleven Residences, also in Meydan. Its current launches include KAIA Residences, a mid-rise beachfront community on Dubai Islands.
