Its communities in Sharjah include Al Mamsha, a pedestrian-friendly community in Muwaileh, and Hayyan, together with Olfah and Linar, and residences such as Seef Residences and Palace Residences.
Its current launches continue these communities: Palace Residences and Hamsa in Al Mamsha, Deem and Samr in Hayyan, Darb in Muwaileh, Linar in Al Mamzar and Seef Residences in Al Khan.
