Aldar Properties is an Abu Dhabi developer listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, with its headquarters in Al Raha. Its business covers property development together with investment in commercial and retail assets, education and hospitality.

Its destinations include Yas Island — where its work includes Yas Marina Circuit and the W Abu Dhabi hotel — as well as Saadiyat Island and Gate Towers on Al Reem Island. Beyond the UAE, Aldar holds a majority stake in SODIC in Egypt (since 2021) and owns the UK developer London Square (since 2023).

Its current residential launches in Abu Dhabi are concentrated on Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Fahid Island and Al Ghadeer — among them Yas Riva Reserve, Yas Park Place and The Canopies on Yas, Sei Saadiyat, Talay at Marsa Al Saadiyat and Baccarat Residences on Saadiyat, and Al Ghadeer Parks.
